Vision Without Division

May 29,2026

Vision is never meant to create division in the Body of Christ. True vision should expand our capacity, strengthen our faith, and advance the Kingdom of God. Every God-given vision carries a purpose, and when one vision is fulfilled, God can birth another assignment in the life of His servant. Sadly, we have seen situations where people allow envy, criticism, or misunderstanding to turn vision into division within the Church.
The Bible says:

“Where there is no vision, the people perish…” — Proverbs 29:18

As believers, we must learn not to judge another person’s vision or calling too quickly, because we were not there when God called them. If a vision aligns with the Word of God and glorifies Christ, our duty is to encourage, support, and pray for such a person rather than discourage them.

The Apostle Paul wrote:
“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.” — Philippians 2:3

Many believers do not necessarily need money or material things from others; sometimes, all they need is encouragement, wise counsel, and prayers when the journey becomes difficult. Unfortunately, in some cases within the Body of Christ, people try to discourage others by saying things like, “Who has ever done this kind of ministry and succeeded?” But as long as the vision has its foundation in Christ and is led by the Holy Spirit, it should not be despised.

The Scripture reminds us in Zechariah 4:10:
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.”

Jesus also taught the parable of the talents: one servant was given five talents, another two, and another one according to their abilities (Matthew 25:14–30). Each servant was expected to use what was entrusted to him faithfully. Therefore, do not become the reason someone abandons or buries a God-ordained dream because of criticism, jealousy, or negative words.
Instead, let us become people who strengthen one another, inspire growth, and help fulfill God’s purpose on the earth.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up…” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11
