The Ark of Salvation: Finding Dominion, Safety, and Provision in Christ

Image
August 19,2025 Genesis 6-9, Genesis 1:28, Matthew 28:18, Isaiah 59:19 The ark, a symbol of salvation, holds valuable lessons for us today. In Christ, the ark of this generation, we find: 1. Dominion: As believers, we have authority in Christ, just as Noah had dominion over the animals in the ark. 2. Safety and Preservation: Christ provides protection from the world's destructive forces, preserving us from harm. 3. Provision: God provides for our needs, just as He miraculously cared for Noah and the animals in the ark. The Enemy's Flood: When the enemy comes in like a flood, "the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him" (Isaiah 59:19). Don't let the devil's floodwaters overwhelm you. Come into the Ark: Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and experience dominion, safety, and provision. Pray with us: "Lord Jesus, come into my life and be the Lord of my life, in Jesus' mighty name." Share Your Thoughts: Email: apostolicch...

Empowered to Will and Do: God's Good Pleasure

Image
August 16,2025  Philippians 2:13, Revelation 4:11, Acts 10:38 God enables us to both will (desire) and do His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13). His desire is to help us want, dream, and achieve His purposes. Our role is to accept and further His plans. God's Empowerment: - God makes us want to do His will - God empowers us to do His good pleasure - His Spirit is essential for meaningful service Jesus' Example: Anointed with Holy Ghost and power, Jesus did good and healed the oppressed because God was with Him (Acts 10:38). Prayer: Ask God to help you will and do His good pleasure from today. Let His Spirit guide and empower you. Post-Resurrection Conferences: Evidence of Jesus Alive

Image
August 11,2025 Let's compare scriptures in Acts 1:1-3 and 1 Corinthians 15:3-6, evidences of the conferences held after Christ's resurrection. What's marvelous in these scriptures is that Jesus, after resurrection, had a conference with a population of over 500 people in attendance (1 Corinthians 15:6). Wao! That was too much for a ghost or dead man! Standing before them, speaking things pertaining to the kingdom of God. I think Jesus' coming after resurrection to teach the disciples about the kingdom of God was a deliberate action to make them know He is alive. He wouldn't be physically present with them but would be lifted up, and another Comforter (the Holy Spirit) would come into and upon believers (John 14:12), enabling them to do the works He did in greater measure. That event has never been seen before in history - what a privilege for the disciples to partake in that! But we are His witnesses too because Jesus said it's better for us to believe witho...

The Eternal Blood of Jesus: Victory Over Corruption

Image
August 10,2025 The scriptures say "flesh and blood shall not inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 15:50). The earthly flesh doesn't deserve to live forever because of its corruption, and neither does its blood qualify for redemption. The only blood that will live forever is the blood of Jesus that entered the Holy of Holies once and for all (Hebrews 9:12). It's the memorial we will have as a representation of the sinless earthly blood, and it will be before the Father in the sanctuary forever. The implication is that we shall be changed (1 Corinthians 15:51-52), we shall put on incorruptibility (1 Corinthians 15:53-54), death has been swallowed up in victory (*1 Corinthians 15:54*). No more sickness, no more blood tests (laboratory scientists' work will stop, medical work will stop). Because if we shall put on a heavenly body, then there's a heavenly fluid in our body system that can't be affected by fallen spirits that cause diseases ...

The Resurrected Jesus: A Glorious State

Image
August 8,2025 The former treatise I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began to do and to teach (Acts 1:1). This verse indicates that to better understand the Book of Acts, we should consider what Luke wrote before. Thus, we conclude that the Book of Acts of the Apostles is a continuation of the Gospel according to Luke. Comparing scriptures from Luke and Acts: Luke 24:36-43 & Acts 1:9-11. In Luke 24:36-43, the Resurrected Jesus showed He had flesh and bones, could be handled (in contrast to a spirit), and even ate broiled fish and honeycomb. This implies Jesus returned to a state like Adam's before the fall - but in a better state, with the "fruit of life" that man missed in the garden. Scripture says we are in Him (Colossians 2:10). In Acts 1:9, Jesus was taken up into heaven. In what state? 100% physical, 100% spiritual, with the "Fruit of life"? His flesh and bones were intact, not broken according to scriptures, and won't be throw...
