"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." - James 1:5
"And Solomon went up there to the bronze altar before the Lord, which was at the tabernacle of meeting, and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it. - 2 Chronicles 1:6
King Solomon's story teaches us the importance of seeking God with determination and the right heart. When he became king, he prioritized understanding God's ways and sought wisdom to lead Israel effectively. Instead of taking shortcuts, he offered a thousand burnt offerings to God, demonstrating his commitment and willingness to pay the price.

Solomon's encounter with God was remarkable, and he received wisdom, understanding, and blessings beyond measure. The key takeaway is that we must know how to seek God and be willing to pay the price for a meaningful encounter. Are you determined to meet with God over a specific situation, and are you willing to do whatever it takes?

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." - Matthew 5:6
