Living Stones in a Corrupt World

"Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." - Romans 12:2
"You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house..." - 1 Peter 2:5

It's possible to reside in a corrupt community without compromising your values. However, many Christians struggle to recall their true identity and purpose. As believers, we are often influenced by the world around us, forgetting that we possess an incorruptible nature.

We are called "living stones" with Jesus as the chief cornerstone. If we are not living stones, we are merely dead stones, unable to participate in God's building. Overcoming life's challenges is a testament to our faith. While we are all born physically, not everyone is born again spiritually. As children of God, we have additional responsibilities and the gift of eternal life. May we strive to live with integrity and purpose, fulfilling our duties as believers.

"For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." - Ephesians 2:10

May we not be found wanting when our time on earth comes to an end. In Jesus' name.
